The government of the Eastern Cape has warned residents to be extra careful, because the province makes an intensely cold front between Thursday and Friday.

Spokesperson for the provincial government, Khuselwa Rantjies, says that the government advises residents to stay inside and stay warm.
Rantjie says that motorists should be extra careful on the road.
