The three were last seen on CCTV images near the Gasmere Toll Plaza.
Although false game is excluded, there is a complete reconstruction of the accident to discover what went wrong in the early hours of that morning.
In Bobbiespark Hall, the tears flowed freely while families of the fallen officers were in the front rows, their grief met a national plea for truth.
“The vehicle accident unit of the SAPs [South African Police Service] Still conducting an investigation into the vehicle, and our forensic experts – they are also engineers – they will also work through the vehicle to tell us exactly what happened. “
Masemola said that a reconstruction of the crash scene would form a crucial part of the research.
The officers will be laid this week to rest, between Thursday and Saturday.
