The process-in-in-a-trial in the R255 million asbestos roof removal corruption case is expected to resume tomorrow morning in the Free State High Court in Bloemfontein.
Judge Phillip Loubser postponed proceedings last week to allow the prosecution to bring his next witness.
The trial trial wants to determine whether the court has jurisdiction to try Moroadi CholotaWho is the former personal assistant of the then Free State Premier, Ace Magashule.
Cholota has claimed that her extradition from the United States was illegal.
The second Statestucht, which is expected to take the position, will be another researcher who is one of the two officers who met Cholota in the US in September 2021.
