ANC, EFF 'working agreement' to run NW municipalities ruffles feathers in both parties

Initially, this was meant for the hung local municipalities such as the Rustenburg, Ditsobotla, JB Marks, Madibeng and Bojanala District Municipality, but it has now been extended to all the municipalities in the province.
