Johannesburg – The Free State High Court has relaxed the bail conditions for the former personal assistant of Ace Magashule, Moroadi Cholota.
Cholota is one of the accused in the process with regard to awarding a Dodgy Multi-Miljoen Rand Asbestos tender.

She is accused in addition to 17 others, including former Prime Minister Magashule and controversial businessman Edwin Sodi.
Cholota was extradited from the United States in August last year, where she was a student.
Her lawyer, lawyer Loyiso Makaphela, argued that all her guarantee conditions, including reporting to a police station, are relaxed.
However, she later admitted the State’s request for Judge Philip Loubser, who gave an order.
“I give the following order with regard to the accused number 17. The bail is the conditions that she no longer has to report to the police station on Monday and Friday, but she must report to the research officer if she has to leave the free state province.”
