Cape Town – The Court of the Welcome -Magistraat has found a patient who has been guilty of abuse and humiliating health workers after he has poured faeces over a care provider into the free state.
The 38-year-old man, Tshediso Mbele, appeared in court last week. He was found guilty of the incident in July 2024 and will be convicted on March 20, 2025, The citizen reported.
The patient visited the clinic on July 25, 2024 and was dissatisfied with the poor service speed in the clinic. He left on his own initiative, but returned the next day with a bucket feces, which he gave to an unsuspecting care provider. The incident forced the clinic to close early after the services were disturbed.
The South African police services (SAPs) opened a case against the patient, who revealed that he was a parolee, and he was quickly arrested for the case, as well as violating his conditional circumstances.
According to Time -timeMbele had talked about the attack on his social media page, which led to the police found him and arrested him.
