'Extortion, dirty money and blood': Eastern Cape transport MEC slams lawless taxi operators

Eastern Cape Transport and Community Safety MEC Xolile Nqatha says the taxi industry in the province has been infiltrated by extortionists, with “dirty money and blood” being at the centre of factional fights.
