'Shameful': Only 11 out of 1 471 North West schools are in excellent condition

A total of 930 schools need maintenance and renovation; 118 are storm-damaged; 44 have severe structural damage and 53 have asbestos structures – this is the woeful state of school infrastructure in the North West.
