Eastern Cape's penile rehabilitation programme gives hope to victims of botched circumcisions

The provincial health department said the Nelson Mandela Academic Hospital in Mthatha was chosen as the healthcare centre to administer penile rehabilitation of young men who were affected by botched circumcision in the eastern part of the province.
