The police launched an investigation after a missing person’s case was filed, leading to the discovery of the traffic officer’s vehicle. This critical finding resulted in the arrest of the two suspects, who are now alleged to have been involved in the murder.

Police spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Stephen Thakeng says the suspects appeared before the Magistrates’ Court yesterday (January 16). They remain in custody as the case has been postponed to March 3 to allow further investigations to proceed.
