Military vets acting DG has no matric, but has full backing of Minister Angie Motshekga

The acting director-general of the Department of Military Veterans, Nontobeko Mafu, the fourth since 2017, has no matric certificate but enjoys the full backing of Defence and Military Veterans Minister Angie Motshekga.
