MEREDALE, Johannesburg – Educating inmates is not a waste of taxpayers’ money.
That’s the assertion from Correctional Services Minister, Pieter Groenewald.
The department awarded top performers at the release of the matric results.
The class of 2024 achieved a 96.2% pass rate and out of the 171 who sat for the exams, 104 achieved Bachelor passes.
