Western Cape education department contradicts DA's stance on BELA Act, says GOOD's Herron

As the political quarrel about the Basic Education Laws Amendment (BELA) Act continues, GOOD MPL Brett Herron says an Afrikaans-medium school will accommodate English-speaking pupils next year, similar to what the act provides.
