DURBAN – KZN Health MEC Nomagugu Simelane is raising concerns over teenage girls giving birth to Christmas babies.
She says these incidents should be reported to police.
KZN Health MEC and Premier Thami Ntuli inspected several hospitals where numerous teens had given birth.
