11th-hour High Court application lodged to halt Western Cape teachers' job cuts

In an 11th-hour attempt to prevent 2 407 teachers from losing their jobs, the Special Action Committee has approached the Western Cape High Court on an urgent basis to prevent provincial education authorities from cutting posts in the new year.
