Tshwane council | ANC, DA go head-head over capital mayor

PRETORIA – There are fears of political instability in Tshwane as the ANC and DA go head-to-head in the capital.

The ANC Top 7 are meeting to discuss the city’s future, as the DA insists former Mayor Cilliers Brink be reinstated.

Brink was removed last week following an ANC sponsored motion of no confidence.

The Tshwane Council has until next Thursday to elect a new mayor.
