Food safety | Snacks test negative for toxic chemicals

JOHANNESBURG – No toxic chemicals were found in snacks that are believed to have caused the deaths of six Naledi children.

This is according to Environmental Health Practitioner, Lucky Tshihanyise.

He says investigations into the cause of death continues, but more manpower is needed.

Dozens of schoolchildren have fallen seriously ill and others have died after eating food bought at spaza shops.
