Aquatic rescue teams sent to Soweto to help motorists trapped along flooded road

The Johannesburg Emergency Management Services has dispatched Aquatic Rescue Unit teams to Soweto to help distressed motorists trapped in water along the flooded Klipspruit Valley Road.
