JOHANNESBURG – Following Johannesburg Mayor, Kabelo Gwamanda’s resignation, the future of Council Speaker, Margaret Arnolds, hangs in the balance.

Gwamanda resigned on Tuesday morning ending weeks of speculation.

ANC confirms Dada Morero as CoJ mayoral nominee

ANC Joburg Chairperson, Dada Morero, is expected to be elected as the Metro’s Mayor on Friday.
