Opposition parties urge Ramathuba’s administration to act fast and provide delivery timelines

Political parties in Limpopo have shown little to no confidence in the promises made by Limpopo Premier Dr Phophi Ramathuba during her address at the official opening of the Limpopo Legislature.

Leader of the Democratic Alliance in the province, Lindy Wilson says the speech was a lot of talk and they can’t see how it is going to be implemented.

She says Ramathuba has to deal with the current crisis, especially the agriculture sector where thousands of hectares of land was lost due to the black frost and the fires.

Wilson adds that the Premier talks big plans related to the provision of water but they are not sure how she’s going to implement those plans because there is no budget.

Economic Freedom Fighters provincial chairperson Lawrence Mapoulo says Ramathuba’s address is a copy and paste of previous speeches that contain false promises.
