JOHANNESBURG – Outgoing Chief Justice Raymond Zondo has outlined some of the challenges he’s faced when trying to make adjustments.
Zondo says he had previously asked for a meeting with the president, finance and justice ministers
to discuss budget cuts in the judiciary.
Meanwhile, the Chief Justice also mentioned budget cuts that have hobbled the judiciary.
