Cold front with damaging winds to hit Eastern Cape as isolated thundershowers persist in Western Cape

On Wednesday, the South African Weather Service reported that the Western Cape will experience a respite from rain, but cold conditions will persist in the province and affect the Free State, Gauteng, and parts of Mpumalanga.
