‘Judicial Arrest’ Suspected in KZN Family Feud Over Land and Lychees

June 18, 2024 – Family feuds took center stage at the Verulam District Court as allegations of judicial bias were raised. Tania Broughton reports that the estranged brother of the late former Verulam mayor Sagadava “Manna” Naidoo faced 14 days in jail over the theft of lychees worth R660.
