Joburg’s Ganglands | Social media posts spur violence in Gauteng

JOHANNESBURG – Women are responsible for the gang violence taking place in Gauteng says one community leader as fear has been sparked in communities like Westbury and  Riverlea by social media posts that spur gang-violence. 

Community leader, Jefferson Johnson, is calling on women to stop circulating news via social media.

While some may caution against posting such information, as it may incite fear, forensic investigator, Calvin Rafadi says some of these social media posts are created to raise awareness .
